What it is

Learn it the right way, from day one

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was built so a smaller person could defend against a larger one. Our women's class teaches exactly that: how to stay calm under pressure, create space, escape bad positions and get back to your feet, in a supportive room where every question is welcome.

Women's Jiu-Jitsu: common questions

Yes. BJJ focuses on leverage, escapes and control on the ground, which is where many real confrontations end up. You practice against resisting partners, so you learn what actually works.
Comfortable athletic clothes without zippers or buttons, and a water bottle. If you have a Gi, bring it. Remove jewelry before class.
